Terms and Conditions 

Secure Shopping - The checkout page of our online ordering service is hosted on a secure-server, so you can be confident that when you send your details they will be held in a safe environment.

Pricing - The price you pay is the price shown in the checkout section of our website at the time you place your order. If an error in pricing occurs we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery — We offer a 24hr Tracked Delivery service and Special Delivery by 1pm guaranteed  delivery service for your order.  Your order will be despatched to the delivery address that you supply within the time frame stated for the item you have purchased. Orders are normally despatched within 3-5 working days from receipt of order. However this may take longer during busy periods especially on Personalised items. All orders require a signature upon receipt, please ensure you give an address where there will be someone to sign for your parcel. If a product is unavailable for any reason then a member our team will contact you to make alternative arrangements. 

Returns - We guarantee your satisfaction, our products are covered by a 7 day no quibble guarantee*. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item, please return it to us within 7 days we will refund the price of the item less P&P. All we ask is that you return it unused and in its original packaging. When sending returns, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, we therefore recommend that you use registered post or recorded delivery - you will be responsible for any return postage charges. Please contact us on 07984 803362 before returning any items. * Does not apply to personalised items.

Damages - We can only act on any reports of damage received within 3 days of delivery being made.

All cancellations must be in writing and e-mailed to info@lifememoriesbox.co.uk within 24 hours of placing your order.

Privacy

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
